NCC, ACS. offers individualized, neurodiversity-affirming ADHD evaluations to help individuals better understand their attention, executive functioning, and daily challenges. Our assessment process is strengths-based and designed to provide clarity, identify areas of support, and offer personalized recommendations.

Evaluation Options & Pricing

• Tier 1: Summary ADHD Evaluation — $600
  Includes a clinical interview, review of relevant history, standardized assessments, screening for co-occurring concerns, and feedback. You’ll receive a concise 1–2 page summary report outlining diagnostic findings and personalized recommendations.

• Tier 2: Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation — $1250
  Includes an expanded assessment and a detailed 8–15+ page report exploring developmental history, diagnostic findings, functional impact, strengths and challenges, differential considerations, and individualized recommendations.

ADHD evaluations are private-pay services and are not billed to insurance. Our goal is to provide a thoughtful, comprehensive assessment that supports greater self-understanding and helps guide next steps for care, accommodations, and everyday life.
