Supervision with Micaela Aviles MA. NCC. LPC. ACS., is highly relational, grounded in trust, rapport, and a commitment to your professional growth. As an approved clinical supervisor who has completed the required supervisor training and continuing education, She brings over 4,000 hours of client experience and a compassionate, collaborative approach to supporting clinicians working toward independent licensure.

 

She understands how rewarding and intimidating this journey can be, and strives to create a nonjudgmental space rooted in curiosity, compassion, and self-reflection. Her approach integrates multiple theoretical perspectives with a developmental model of supervision, recognizing that growth is an ongoing process for both the supervisee and supervisor. She will come alongside you throughout your journey, helping you strengthen clinical skills, navigate ethical and professional responsibilities, develop your counselor identity, and identify opportunities for continued growth in your present and future practice.

 

Supervision Fees

• Individual Supervision: $150 per hour

• Triadic Supervision: $75 per hour

• Group Supervision (3-5 supervisees): $60 per 90 minutes
