Individual Counseling

We offer individual counseling for children ages 7 and up, adolescents, and adults. Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, trauma, or everyday challenges, we provide a supportive space to build skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change.

Session Fees

• Initial Session: $200  

• Individual Counseling: $150

We accept select insurance plans. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so we encourage you to verify your benefits before your first appointment. Self-pay options are also available.
