Owner, Counselor, and Supervisor
She/her/hers
Hi, I’m Mickey, and I too am on a journey. Part of my path is helping others navigate theirs. I understand that creating change can feel overwhelming, especially when life feels like it’s spinning out of control. As a counselor, I am here to help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, offering support and guidance as you explore and transform your life.
My own journey has taken me from New York to Florida and, eventually, to Colorado, where I’ve found a home and purpose in helping others. I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor's degree in Psychologyand earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep passion for travel, discovering new perspectives, and appreciating the beauty of the world we live in. I bring that sense of curiosity and exploration to my work with clients, believing that healing and growth are a lifelong journey.
As a counselor, my approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on uncovering unconscious patterns and early life experiences that shape your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this lens, we’ll work together to explore how your past influences your present struggles, gaining insight that will empower you to create lasting change. My goal is to help you develop the self-awareness, tools, and coping skills you need to move through life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or navigating life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will chart your path to personal growth, explore the deeper layers of your emotional life, and develop new ways of approaching the world.
In addition to my work with individuals, I also offer clinical supervision to emerging therapists using a developmental approach. This approach is designed to foster self-reflection, build clinical skills, and support the growth of both the personal and professional aspects of your work as a counselor.

When I finally did see a counselor, I wondered why I hadn’t done it earlier. I wondered if the parts of me that needed help, were the parts of me that kept me from taking action. Clients I have worked with have expressed similar insights about having parts of themselves needing to get something off their chest in a meaningful way in a space that provides empathy, insight, and is judgement free.

Maybe you are noticing life, relationships, anxiety, and stressors are getting in the way of you writing a new story you want to live by. A part of you may be ready to recover from childhood wounds or trauma and together we will find what works best for you to live the life you want most.

I utilize an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach when working with my clients who are working through life transitions, relationship struggles, and trauma. In addition we can use EMDR to reduce stuck emotions from those struggles. We can explore the aspects of your personality or the way we deal with the world to help our parts work better. Together we can figure out ways to help overcome errors of thinking which create unhelpful patterns and reactions.

My hope is we can find some common ground in the broad variety of life experience. I was a park ranger in college and spent a summer on a helicopter wildlands fire crew. I love to walk and talk outdoors with people which is good therapy. Working for a legacy airline let me and my family travel the world to understand and appreciate the uniqueness of people in many cultures, and understand we all have a particular culture. As a volunteer at a youth home and as a court advocate taught compassion for the hidden challenges many of us face.

I look forward to connecting with you and working together to discover what works best for you to live the life you want.

Student Counselor
She/Her/Hers
Since 2014, I have owned my own business and worked to improve myself through personal development. This has led me to pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. As someone who has personally experienced burnout, anxiety, and struggles to find my career, I can relate to feeling stuck and raising your hand to say "I want something different." Acknowledging a desire for change can be difficult, lonely, and make you feel vulnerable all at once.
My goal as a student therapist is to collaborate with you as you take the steps toward making the changes you want in your life. I believe no one has to be on this path alone and together we can identify the changes you are looking for and work towards your goals. Taking the first step towards change can be the hardest part, but I am here to collaborate with you on your journey.

Student Counselor
She/Her/Hers
Hi, I’m Priya, and I’m passionate about helping people not only feel better but live their best lives—both mentally and emotionally. After spending over a decade as a physical therapist, helping people recover physically, I decided to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This transition allows me to expand my ability to support people in a deeper way by helping them heal emotionally and mentally.

As a student counselor intern, I’m excited to work with individuals from all walks of life, including moms, women, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges that life throws at us. I believe that mental well-being is just as important as physical health, and I’m committed to helping you find balance and healing in both areas of your life.

I am especially passionate about working with athletes, having personally experienced the pressures and challenges that come with athletic performance. As a former Division I athlete, a physical therapist, and a coach, I’ve seen firsthand how an athlete’s identity can be deeply tied to their sport. When faced with injury or setbacks, athletes often experience not only physical pain but emotional distress, including anxiety and depression. I understand the mental struggles athletes face, particularly the emotional toll of losing their sense of self when they can no longer compete at their best.

My approach is grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. Whether you're a mom juggling the demands of family life, an athlete facing the pressures of performance, a womannavigating the challenges of anxiety, or any individual struggling with depression or life transitions, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and supportive counseling, I will guide you in building the tools and skills you need to improve your mental health, achieve your goals, and unlock your full potential.

My name is Victoria Webster and I usually go by Tori. I am pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you as we focus on your mental health as life is not something we should go through alone. Anxiety, depression and challenging life circumstances can feel overwhelming and I would like to be a safe place for clients to work through these challenges while addressing life goals and limiting cognitive distortions. Considering we are all different, I will take an individual approach with each client to match counseling methods with goals/needs.

Previously, I worked as an ASL interpreter for kids and I continue to have passion for that age group (3-17). Empathy is one of the most important aspects of my Person-centered approach to counseling as I'd like to welcome a client to feel free to express without limitations. In working with adults, I focus on creating a space free from judgement where a client can feel safe in every aspect through the counseling experience. As my client, you can expect to be have sole attention where I listen actively and focus on you. We will work together to achieve goals and continue to create new goals as needed. I welcome every human into my space as we are all doing our best to cope with the challenges life has to offer.

Outside of counseling, you can expect to find me playing with my German Shepard/Husky dog often going on road trips. Short and long adventures alike, I love the freedom to adventure especially anywhere near water. Even when life feels overwhelming and the positive is hard to see, I try to remind myself to enjoy the process, not the destination, which is a lens I plan to use in counseling.
